tiksaverX respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, artists, and rights holders. We comply with applicable copyright laws and operate in accordance with the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512) and international intellectual property standards.
Our tools are intended for legitimate personal archiving, educational reference, and fair use. We do not encourage, condone, or facilitate copyright infringement.
🔹 2. Architecture and Nature of Our Service
To assist copyright holders in understanding how our platform functions, please note the following technical realities of tiksaverX:
No File Hosting: tiksaverX does not host, store, or archive video, audio, or image files on its servers. Our servers do not maintain a permanent repository or index of user downloads.
Direct Stream Resolution: When a visitor pastes a public link, our system parses the public web page and returns a direct link to the content delivery stream hosted by the source platform.
Content Origin: The actual media file remains stored on the third-party platform's servers. If you are seeking the primary removal of a file from the internet, you should also contact the platform where the content was originally uploaded (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X).
🔹 3. URL Restriction and Blacklist Procedure
Although we do not host media files, we can restrict specific public URLs from being parsed or resolved through the tiksaverX interface upon receiving a valid notification from a verified copyright holder or authorized agent.
Once a URL is blacklisted in our parser, visitors attempting to download that specific link will receive an error notice indicating that the content cannot be processed.
🔹 4. How to Submit a Copyright / URL Restriction Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you wish to have specific content restricted from our parsing tool, please submit a written notice containing the following details:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., description of the original work or link to your verified original publication).
2. The exact URL(s) on the source platform that you request to be blocked on tiksaverX.
3. Your full name, title, organization name (if applicable), and contact information (including a valid email address and physical mailing address).
4. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement affirming that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
🔹 5. Submission Channel and Processing Timeline
You can submit your copyright restriction notice through our online Contact Us form (/contact-us) by selecting the category "DMCA / Copyright Takedown", or by sending an email with all required details to our administrative team.
Our technical and administrative team reviews all complete notices promptly. Valid URL restriction requests are typically investigated and processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
🔹 6. Misrepresentations and Abuse
Please note that under applicable copyright laws (including Section 512(f) of the DMCA), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and legal fees.
